I'm moving this over to the Q&A board, since that's a better fit for general preparation questions and discussions. As others have said, it historically opens up in mid-June. Only the first 1500 or so listings actually make it into the printed guides that are handed out when you arrive. Everything after that is visible online, at playa info, and in the handful of smartphone apps that do a data-download just before the event so their users can have all the listings (as well as maps and whatnot) on their devices.
