Interesting report on the Shigella bacteria epidemic at Nowhere. Worth consideration for us. Frankly, I'm amazed BRC has not had an epidemic yet.

Re: CARAVANSARY
There used to be a mountain pass between India (or Burma) and China during WW2, famous because it was an escape route for the Flying Tigers.
It was called - this isn't a joke - the Okee Dokie pass.
I went looking for it just now - because I was wondering if it was part of the Silk Road in Marco Polo's day.
Couldn't find it.
Does anyone know what it has been renamed?

Re: CARAVANSARY
No idea. But the USAF flew the route in reverse over the southern Himalayas to India at 12,000 feet, and over the northern Himalayas at 20,000 feet. It was known as....'Flying the Hump'.Sunbeam56 wrote:There used to be a mountain pass between India (or Burma) and China during WW2, famous because it was an escape route for the Flying Tigers.
