I think it does. I have my tickets mailed to my office and the credit card was my home address. I had to use another credit card that matched the mailing address. I guess the system knows the address of your credit card.

I was on safari in my Mac; had my Linux box testing it to go from 'invalid code' till 14:59:58, and at 14:59:59 I slapped the mouse on the mac to load the page and went into the queue. Had tix confirmed by 15:20. *whew*
