Wondering if this might mean my number is still queued with some tickets allocated. Boring to just keep refreshing. Message at the bottom of page keeps saying "Waiting for buy.ticketfly.us..."

was sent to a page 10 min back saying to refresh every 15 sec , tickets may become avail sortly , thats means im in the q I hope. My friend is also at that page but he never even got to the purchase ticke page.

Well, I got tickets, but the rest of my crew didn't, even though we all logged in at 12 exactly. I guess we have to count on STEP or all the scalpers that did get tickets.

I processed my purchase, got a confirmation page at 12:36.
Have been trying to signout.
Just now at 12:55 got that same "We're currently experiencing..." message.
My signout refreshed to "No more tickets at this time".

I CANNOT Believe this!!!
I've been burning since 1993. I took the day off work, pre-registered on ticketfly, and been sitting at the computer since before 11:30am. Been looking foreward to this for weeks!
12:06pm I get in. SWEET! Fill out all the information, input my address and CC info, clicked the checkbox and was just about to click the submit button and BOOM! site crashed.
Finally got back in and sat for 35 minutes at the 30 second screen, then tickets sold! WORST experience I have ever had!!! Sold out in 46 minutes???
Now I'll have to pay $1,000+ bucks to a scalper. I already have over $3,000 invested in the trip. I'm GOING to get in. Thats not including the window I just broke when I threw my glass threw it when it sold out.
Absolutely horrible!!!!!

Yeah, looks like it sold out in 45 minutes. I'm being told that my code is not valid (it was valid an hour ago) and below that, it says "Off Sale", which I take to mean sold out.
We'll see what the open market brings down the line, but I refuse to pay scalpers more than face value. I hope I'm not alone in this.

Thank you for giving me back my afternoon!
I don't post too often, but just wanted to thank all the people who work for BM for a vastly improved experience buying a ticket. Thank you. I logged on at exactly 12pm in 2013 and had to wait 6 hours to get a ticket! This year was under 30 mins! Thank you for giving me back my afternoon (like everyone I know, I had preemptively block booked the whole afternoon & evening to buy a ticket

I'd email [email protected] with your unique code and explain. You'd be surprised. Also, STEP != scalper. I've sold tickets the last several years via STEP and the ePlaya and *I* lost money each time by eating a lll the fees, so the burner buying them got the tix for face value (you can go look at my history on here). So don't panic yet, you have at least 2 options there, plus the OMG sale. Hope to see you on the playa with low blood pressure and a smile on your face!

AKA "Tinker", a Louisville, KY Area Burner; I try to make it to Alchemy in GA, Interfuse in MO, and Transformus in NC as often as possible. If I'm traveling light, the Prius/Dome do the job. Lots of work at a burn means I take the Tinker Trailer!
