I too, give up trying to highlight your decontextualised logic if you cite the same textbook answer. This is not based on textbook interpretation, but real experience - you may find that the two are rather different things
I did, and still got the same conclusion..... much of it is open to interpretation - like any peice of constitutional legislation, thats why barristers and lawyers exist, to argue the 'interpretation' of legislation.Go read your search and seizure laws and you may learn something.
