Had a Italian girl friend once , she was bigger but had a waist . She never cooked for me ,all she wanted was sex .GreyCoyote wrote:Tatonka: all you need to do is find yourself a good Italian girl who understands the healing benefits of pasta.
Of course we all now wonder what your weight was then...tatonka wrote: Had a Italian girl friend once , she was bigger but had a waist . She never cooked for me ,all she wanted was sex .
I think it was the caffeine and sugar just got me going I was doing more stuff , so I was more active and burned more calories.delle wrote:Of course we all now wonder what your weight was then...tatonka wrote: Had a Italian girl friend once , she was bigger but had a waist . I've been thinking about this all day. (your regime, not your sex life) And I keep clicking on your using Soda as your caloric fix. It occurs... over and over again... that maybe empty calories in a high caffeine solution is actually working against you here.
Have you tried protein powder shakes?
If you like deep fried... It costs more, but food here in Vegas is a few steps above.tatonka wrote:TomServo wrote:I moved out of Iowa.

Heheheh!
Ratty wrote:Talk about extreme diets!! In 2015 I've had exactly 5 ounces of wine and a glass of sangria. (That was with dinner before the ukulele show last weekend). It's been a month so I'm used to drinking juice now instead of a glass of wine with dinner. I don't notice any weight loss but that's OK.

No sugar, wheat, grains, processed food, dairy, diet sodas, etc
I've lost 16 pounds
The only cheat day I had was at the Sands party and it was minimal. Oh and I had 1 beer last night watching the game.
Me too. Eating "clean" in the sense people are meaning here, never worked for me on a long term basis anyway. I lost about 40 lbs just with exercise and counting calories. Didn't matter what I ate, even ice cream, as long as my total day's calorie intake minus calories spent exercising was met. I still do the same thing to maintain, though I've gotten so used to what food calories are, I rarely record it anymore.AntiM wrote:Sigh, to me, eating clean means I wiped off the stove before cooking.
