Could I get whatever is closest? I just spent 13 hours with the photo crew, since 6 am. I have come to the conclusion that most Hollywood type are simply the biggest pantywaists there are. Babysitting for $30 and hour, I NEED a drink cuz I get to do this all over again tomorrow. ht

And where the hell did the name Zulegoona come from?

well 20 years or so ago when I was dating my now ex-wife we went to the Ghostbusters movie. The evil goddess in that movie was named Shazule. I bought a box turtle that evening and we named her Zule. Five or so years later our friends had a kid when he first was starting to talk my ex tried to get him to say Steve's a goon, the little boy eventually began to refer to us collectively as Goona, ( darn cute coming from a little kid ] we where Goona for years. At some time in the past I needed a user name of at least 8 characters and looked around and saw the turtle and goona popped in mind. I like it! maybe something better will come along by way of a true Playa name but I can't see making a big switch on my own.

I still have the turtle Zule her aquarium mates name is Thor.

* hmph! *

bar's always empty on mondays... goddamn lower level..

i'll have to hit that place one o these days....

* lights cigarette all contemplativly *

might as well straighten up a bit...

* begins picking up trash, clearing glasses, bottles, ashtrays, mirrors, baggies, etc.... washes glasses & sets them out to dry.... wipes down bar, tables, chairs..... straightens mirror, signs, red sox banners, paintings, rehangs fallen twinkie lights....

looks around.... sits at corner booth... drags on cigarette and contemplates the place... *

happy sigh....

* smashes out cigarette and rises.. sweeps out tent and straightens chairs...saunters 'round back o the bar and pours a shot o whiskey.... downs half and looks around... seeing no one, she plays some good ol blues on the juke, downs the rest of the shot and begins to sing... vamping and dancing around the bar... lighting candles and fluffing pillows along the way *

Well they tell me I can't drink while I work, but then again- they don't tell me not to masturbate using a Carebear at work. So I'm pretty sure their relative moral judgement ability is way off. I mean, there are some pretty impressionable interns here.

So I guess I'll have a whiskey with a Bear back and I'll pop in every once in a while as I prepare a presentation for tomorrow's meeting with Isreal.

And I haven't heard a damn thing about the miniskirt. See if I dress up for the bar anymore.

here's a whiskey, and, um... a bear... lessee...

* ruffle ruffle, dig, shuffle * ah! here we go... a pink one! i think it's cuddle-bear... will that do?

at work, huh? that sucks. i'm at home... 'bout to crawl into bed - all by my lonesome... * sigh *

Hmm, that was the first thing they went over in our employee orientation. Even held up this crusty old stuffed snake they found jammed between the bed and the wall in the "nap room". Told us all about the boxes of kleenex in the supply closet and stuff too. Told us if we didn't behave they would put webcams in there and put it on the video screens in the lobby. That raised a couple of eyebrows in the room ... and I think I even saw a sly grin cross the face of some guy named Waldo. Waldo isn't right anyway. I won't use the same bunk he uses. I can tell which one he uses too 'cause it smells like him. And sometimes he goes in there with this other guy whose name I don't know. I don't know for sure what they do in there 'cause I don't like going in there when they're in there. Not that I'm scared or anything, just that they might be shoving things between the bed and the wall and I don't really care to know. I think they might be makin' biscuits or something, though, 'cause I saw that other guy bringing some Crisco in there. That's fine with me, I mean I like biscuits and all, but still, I just don't think they doin' somethin' I don't want to know about so I just mind my own business.

Geekster, I can't take you anywhere...

Here's what you kids would have seen had you been here in Seattle where you belong: MISS Lydia Love asked Larry to put his hand on her ass. He did, of course (HELLO? It was MISS Love!) Lydia's partner in crime (Revvy) snapped the photo. It's part of Seattle history now. That and we all tackled Actiongrl. Hell, we took turns trying on Larry's hat! Rian, Lydia, even Sensei!

You kids were missed. Ya' know Tish, you should seriously think about a couple of days in the Emerald City!!! Lemme know what you think...

Actually, Sensei ... you can take me anywhere. I trust you.

And I want to be there next year. Matter of fact, a very dear friend of our family has just bought a home in Seattle and we plan to go up that way often to visit and next year Grinchie-Pooh would love to have an excuse to go up and visit with her friend and have the kids visit together while I get all stupider in a Santa suit!
