I've been eyeballing that thing and I'm fairly sure it's meant to be a beaver.

However, the squirrels that live in the back yard are getting a little too big for their furry britches. Fuckers are coming up on the porch *while* I'm there having a smoke.

One of them ran across my lap... I shit you not...
It's all about the squirrels.

i'm not even gonna go there... it's just that the 'making strange faces' thing, of which i've been accused for years, never ever works captured mid-frame.

i'm not about to vomit on anyone in that shot. fer real.

thanks for the pics, doll.
how are you?

i heard you were spying on CWL last night. (so what does he REALLY do with his time??)

When I first saw Buckethead, just he and Guin were sitting there (WITH Lydia, contrary to his assertions), and I figured, "This must be a friend of Guinivere's that I haven't met." Reasonable, considering it was the first time I had actually met Guinivere herself. When he applied the viscous substance to his tongue and then put on the shirt, I figured, "Wow, this guy really belongs here!" and "how nice of someone to bring that shirt for him!" All the while thinking, "he looks kind of familiar". Yeah, I'd read his posts about some "epic" appearance, but quickly dismissed the LL possibility because of geography. Must be something happening out east that I'm unaware of.

well, he won't tell me, but I've got some pretty good ideas. I mean, once I saw him shuffle through is backpack and pull out the needle and the vial of liquid, I had a pretty good idea. The only part that confused me was when he shot it under his tongue... but they say that's how to do it these days. Who knows??

i'm okay. Last night was good. I came back to my apartment and fooled around wiith my new toy, which is treating me well. Had another glass of wine or two. Some toast. Scored bigtime on two really great wicker tables in a dumpster dive (conveniently, the dumpster is right outside my door), and thought a lot. Too much, one might say.

How are YOU doing? Have there been any passive/aggressive undertones to your morning?

my excuses are that:
a) he lied and told me he couldn't come. point blank
b) i saw no 'epic' references
c) i was loopy on muscle relaxants and harar beer and glenlivet
d) i was too excited about 4WotA

but he DID look familiar...

he had this weird english accent at first, but later denied it. *shrug*
*smooch* for BHA!

Ah, now I see how you operate, Guin. When he refuses to answer your questions, you make up your own creative answers, promulgating your fantasies as truth, relying on verisimilitude to get people to believe you.

Very interesting.

Actually, up until a couple of days before, he COULDN'T come... it was totally a last-minute thing, babe.

and the epic reference was in the bar earlier that night...

Good not to take on other's mental health issues as your own.

But remember what Samtzu already said about engineers?

And when people don't believe you? What do you conclude?

No.. i received a very nice email thanking me for our talk last night (yes, i actually picked up the telephone!) which was good, i think, but hard and confusing and felt a lot like the proverbial thin ice. aren't things supposed to be getting less confusing instead of more??

we worked out a new year's arrangement, but i suspect i just won't go to the shindig. (how do i buy tickets for yours?). Sometimes it's easier just to avoid the whole situation... and i'm not much of a partier anyway.... and thinking about navigating it makes me tired.

i don't. you're saying that people often accuse you of drug use?
or that Guin stalks lots of men?

methinks you have a paranoia...

One other thing just came back to me reading Rian's post about NYE. Not only did I get to hang at the LL with the forces of darkness themselves, but I got to hear a rehearsal on Sunday of the Ziggy Stardust-Hedwig show GE and friends are putting on. Make no mistake: This is the shit. The band is tight and sitting on the futon watching GE sing and shake that thang was fucking incredible. Not to be missed you mothafuckas. Shit, if my parole officer hadn't nixed the idea, I was going to get the next flight back to Seattle. John the drummer said that they will record the gig, but I say that anyone within 200 miles of this would be an asshole not to attend. 'Nuff said.

CWL: not hard on the ego at all... i blindly assume that my cuteness has just made it impossible for them to believe me. win-win.

now stop it.

And BHA... tee hee! Thanks, babe!

That doesn't mean they're not all out to get me, Rian.

Guin- you're good. I should have known you'd make it work for you, regardless.

Just for the record. I look exactly like my avatar. I also look exactly like my other avatar. I also am too lazy to be constantly going in a circle.
