Yeah, Chinooks have this strange habit of the fore and aft rotor blades making contact causing them to fly off on their own. Not that it really matters ... if you are in a situation where the blades are going to contact each other, you are going down anyway. The flying rotor blades just make it is a little more spectacular. No sense in being bored on your way down.

Little Egypt, of course... and the coronary was not caused by the sight, as much as the action... and she had nice action... and it wasn't a coronary; it was exhaustion...

OK, if I quit doing the helicopter and fire thing, I'll have to change my name. What do you think it should be?

RobbiDobbs walks in, stomps snow off her feet, flings her new red scarf over her shoulder, plops on the comfy couch, and pulls out some yarn and crochet needle.

Hi kids
Have we seen Sensei lately? Is Samtzu still here?

Heli-dauling, I just don't know you well enough to name you. Perhaps this year you'll be re-dubbed. Usually these things come by "accident."

I'm drinkin' if some else is buyin'. I just dropped all my money into my truck today.
I'll be in my blanket fort until further notice.

Howdy Giggles

I'm starting another rasta hat. I've been wanting a bright red one to go with my new scarf that my mother gave me for x-mas.

Don-cha just love this fluffy yarn?

Stout oatmeal brew sounds reeeeeeeally good right now.

Garsh, Giggles, don't we look like girls tonight. Nuthin' to do but sit and crochet. Dum-dee-dum...

Robbi's eyes follow Giggle's hand, as the fluffy yarn is gently placed on her lap.
Thanks for the brewski, and the yarn-assistance. We'll need to do this again sometime.

Tah tah for now, Giggles.

*tall dark stranger drags his weary ass into the bar and falls across a table. He raises his hand, and is heard to wisper...*

Scotch, please....

*He drops his head and waits for the I.V.*

Robbi nearly knocks over a chair as she puts her crocheting down, and flings herself at Samtzu's draped body on the table.

Heli? May I do the honors? I've never served a drink before, and since I don't know the difference between pouring a pint or an ounce, I might make a mistake and get Samtzu too drunk. Not that *drunk* is a bad thing.

Thanks... much appreciated...

By the way, have you thought of 'Scotty' as your new handle? Dunno'... just a thought...

... and since I grew up on the borders of Yosemite, 'Yosemite Sam' might work for me, but probably not...

RD, IV's are tricky but go ahead.
Hmmmm, Scotty. I do bullshit some like him, but I talk about him to visitors all the time. Something will come up I'm sure. I am probably still going to do that stuff. I always get this way when one goes down. But then, I hear the engine spooling up, the whine of the turbines, yeooooooow, gives me a stif.......................

Sliding her hands out from under Samtzu's shirt, Robbi accepts the milky brown beverage handed to her by Helitack.

Hmmmm....let me guess...

Glancing downward, checking proportions...

I almost jumped out at 3,000 ft. over the South China Sea one time, just to see what it would be like to hit the water... Yeah, I was stoned... but what a rush that would have been...
