I really appreciate the feel
of this coffee mug, Bucket.

You are a gem!

that's what I'm saying Heli.. gotta be careful.. sometimes those magic things can do some damage...

have you ever read a children's book called 'The Magic Grinder'? (no, it's not a sandwich, and no, it's now about seattle coffee accoutraments... thank you all you snide and witty people). It's about a MUSIC grinder... a magic one... and the power and judgement that comes along with owning it....

I used to love that book when I was little...

Hey, Giggles. I seem to remember being VERY sore the first week of track practice. Just means you're getting your strength and endurance back. I hope this is like that.

Here's to the second week!

There are cookies, too, you are correct, GE. Dark chocolate chunk. I had one for breakfast just after the cranberry bread. Plenty for everyone as well. Hep yersef.

my favorite is after running stairs, your muscles are so fucking tight. I used to throw the old legs (younger legs at that poinr) up on a fence to stretch them. the fence shook for a hundred yards as my muscles tried to shake their way out.

i remember barely being able to walk. hmmmm..... i'll be with ya in a few days, babe. as soon as the damn gym i joined last month actually opens. back on the weights.......

Why don't you just admit it.... you're just too damn old to do this stuff anymore. I don't even know why you try... get a cane... or better yet, a walker, take your time... AND ACT YOUR DAMN AGE!!
