2019 Art Documentary | Building Whale Sculpture
The sound was done well, the explanation is good, the sculptor is an idealist about the bigger picture.

There is so much hate & derision here in Reno over the space whale...

Lucky, that is so interesting. Always good to get the Reno view of Burning Man. What do Reno residents not like, the price, the whale sounds - do they have that in Reno?, the look, or the Burning Man association?
BTW the BMCEO is speaking/answering questions in Gerlach Jan 31 - check Gerlach Outreach, maybe they do that in Reno?

The number one reason is the price. 2nd reason is the association with burning man. There are a lot of burners who live in Reno, in my neighborhood I’ve counted 18 within a mile or so of my house. But there is a lot of hate for burners here too.
No, there are no whale sounds
