1) get some water boiling in a pot big enough to accomodate filled baggie
2) Spray inside of baggie w/ nonstick spray
3) in seperate bowl, beat together omlette ingredients (for 1 or 2 servings per baggie)
4) pour mixture into baggie
5) drop in boiling water, turn baggie occasionally to make sure all mixture is cooking.
6) When firm remove from pot and scrape or squeeze onto plate. You can eat right from the baggie, but it's hot, and hard to handle.
I can't give cook times as much depends on size of portion and what has been added to the egg mixture.
My personal opinion is that this is edible food at best, I do not highly recommend this method for cooking eggs.
