1) get some water boiling in a pot big enough to accomodate filled baggie
2) Spray inside of baggie w/ nonstick spray
3) in seperate bowl, beat together omlette ingredients (for 1 or 2 servings per baggie)
4) pour mixture into baggie
5) drop in boiling water, turn baggie occasionally to make sure all mixture is cooking.
6) When firm remove from pot and scrape or squeeze onto plate. You can eat right from the baggie, but it's hot, and hard to handle.

I can't give cook times as much depends on size of portion and what has been added to the egg mixture.

My personal opinion is that this is edible food at best, I do not highly recommend this method for cooking eggs.

Would it work to cut the bag down each side to open?? I don't eat eggs per say.. I use egg beater for a change of pace now and then..In this case could i pre preprepare the omelette in a vacuume seal bag?? Looking for less camp and more fun fun fun..

Sure, you can slit the bag open. I suggest you try the vaccuum seal deal and cooking eggbeaters at home to see if if its a go for the Playa. I'm interested to hear the results of your experimentation.
