They think you'll use it to light your charcoal in 60 seconds without using that nasty lighter fluid. They think you'll plug this into that outlet on your patio and hold it in your grill using the cool-touch handle to lovingly direct the 1290-degree flow of air against the charcoal.

No specs, so I don't know how long it'll take to flatten my 100-Amp Hour battery when I shrinkwrap my van to keep the dust out.
