It would, and it would be sort of boring. But, if someone wanted to project on to a dome, one could download Stellarium (free) and project that. It even has a projection setting for a dome. Could also download Celestia (free) and do the same, although I don't think it has a dome setting, but Celestia lets one fly around the local galaxy in 3D (2 million stars, accurately placed, including known exoplanets) like Captain Kirk (or Captain Pike! Take yer pick). All we're missing are the killer boots and miniskirts. Well, and the dome and projector and laptop...

Awesome! I never get tired of looking at that moon. My friend/ co-camper convinced me to bring the scope. So I will set up at 11 o'clock and the perimeter fence at least one of the nights. If my battery holds out, I'll go for two. If it is not too dusty (storms) in the day,we'll do a little daytime stuff.
