Which is why your gift of crying me to sleep each night was loved so much! You'll be missed.C.f.M. wrote:Yeah, crying one's self to sleep can be exhausting.Fire_Moose wrote:CFM isn't gonna be there? Phew, i'll be able to sleep easy then.
....at first i thought it was your gift, but then soon realized it may have just been yer disappointment.

Craft Room!
My conquest for the day: Tackling my craft room.
I love that we live in Montana and can afford to live in a house. That's coming from previously living in a studio in downtown Seattle...me, boy, and three cats.... ugh.
So I have the downstairs living room as my craft room. So far it's awesome and today I got to go through all my goodies and set up my sewing machine! YAY!
It looks like a hurricane/angry cross dresser trashed the place but I assure you, it's organized chaos...

also my cats have a cat tree...in the shape of a tree!

Shoes/goodies/hats

I've been buying a lot of slips at thrift stores to alter into some funky light weight dresses.

Ha ha, last night I started cleaning my sewing room, too! Ended up with a whole 'nother bag of stuff for Scratch's Costume Camp, at Transformus.
Hung up all my costumes out of the bin they were in - unpacked some playadust bags from last year (unicorn and fur bikini), that was fun.
Decided on the new costume for this burn season, just need some el wire...and somebody who knows how to make stuff with it.

It must be a Spring thing, or something because I too had to clean up the studio yesterday. I opened fabric bins, found some cool stuff I forgot I had and...came across about 2 yards of pale pink fake fur if anyone wants it. I am using brighter colors so don't need it. If you want I can mail it to you or if you're in SF area I can drop it. Send me a PM if you want it otherwise it goes to a clothing swap.

Actually the sale sucked. Everything was still pretty over priced.Savannah wrote:Thank you for the tip, illy dilly. I just got a gift card from REI, but am not a habitual visitor, & never would've known about the sale in time.
Though CLIF bars and MRE's were on sale, so we stocked up on those. The MRE's were even cheaper than the Army Surplus.
Why don't ya stick your head in that hole and find out? ~piehole

Congrats on the skirt. We just started using Dr. Bronners at home, I really like it. I like the slimy feel of it that some complain about. The minty smell is really nice too. It's got great bubbles.shroom wrote:I just won a new skirt off ebay!
I also bought some Dr. Bronners soap. Going to try it out on my camping trip in the next few weeks.
