That kind of tacky is very "Prom."illy dilly wrote:That would be amazing!Random23 wrote:I think I could send the CUMBERBUNDs off to new homes. Let me get pics up tomorrow or tonight and you can let me know if you want one pair. A formal sounds fun, I'll have to pack something along those lines myself.
Truly rock my world.
Based on this conversation, I've now decided that my 'Prom Night' outfit will be a tux shirt, I'd like to find the most Pirateish one I can. With big ruffles down the buttons in the front. I'm gonna cut the sleeves off.
I'm gonna get some good comfortable black pants, cut each leg diagnol from left to right.
I have a really shinny silver belt. Yes it has sequence, though, they are very stable, I rip it off through my belt loops and none come off.
I need either a silver or white top hate. If I end up with a white or black top hate it will have to be EL Wired.
Hopefully I'm able to talk Random out of a purple or pink cumberbund and bow tie. My girlfriends 'prom dress' is purple.
Yes I'm that tacky that I'd like to sorta match my girlfriend.
THEY HAVE A BURNER DISCOUNT?!?!?!? That's the website I was browsing! Screw ordering now, I'm going to keep waiting....MyDearFriend wrote:DudeBounce530 wrote:If you're ordering on ebay from China, expect at least two weeks shipping time. Fox tracks added to our floor cloth today, joining Deer, Coyote, Skunk, Mouse, Beaver, Wolf, Moose, Bobcat, Raccoon, Crow, Turkey and Human. Overlooked Rabbit tracks and understand BRC is filled with Rabbits and Bunnies so we added their prints so they might feel welcome.
Working on it, to the Grouse, Porcupine, Muskrat, Otter, Opossum, Squirrel and other eastern woodland critters.

Figjam- Power to all Badgers! ALL who visit our camp shall now stand in your tracks. Your tracks are in the making, . Badgers of all kinds are most welcome. We are inexperienced in the critter make-up BLC so input would be most helpful.FIGJAM wrote:Hmmmmmmmmm, where's the Honey Badger!!!

How about just greyhound in general then? or amtrak? i hate delivery sevices .... goes off mumbling to self ...C.f.M. wrote:Alrighty, bus freight is way cheaper, but they have a minimum of 100 pounds!
Hmmmmmm.....I wonder if I could freight myself. That'd be WAY cheaper than the stupid plane ticket.

The estimate for Greyhound (and I made up a size and weight of 88 pounds, it's not rated by just an item) was @ $88 - the earlier link, the minimum 100lb cost was $68.MyDearFriend wrote:C.f.M. wrote:Alrighty, bus freight is way cheaper, but they have a minimum of 100 pounds!

Hmmmmmmm, I met a guy here in DC who sends his bags, tent, etc to Reno on Greyhound for a cheap per-piece rate and picks them up when he gets off the plane. He's with Celestial Bodies & totally fits that profile so I wouldn't mind trying to track him down for ya if you don't get anywhere with Greyhound.

Foxfur wrote:Half a lifetime ago I drove deliveries all over the bay area for Modine radiator. Every single day I stopped at Greyhound to ship HUGE semi-truck radiators all over the country. Never had a lost shipment. That amazed me.
Tootsy, YOU are a dynamo. I just LOVE your on-the-fly artistry!
How in the world do you paint such perfect prints?
