Started sorting my playa creations to separate the stuff that's heading to Etsy.

Trying to think ahead here because If I end up with a last minute ticket, the plane fare will be devastatingly expensive so I'll try to sock away some money in case that happens.

Of course now I'm picturing a tutu cockring and can't find that old Saturday Night Live sketch where Kevin Nealon and other cast members play male strippers trying to dress up their members in ribbon and glitter for the ladies.

It's killing me that I can't find the sketch or any mention of it. Phil Hartman played the make up guy who was dressing up their junk. Kevin Nealon and (i think) Dana Carvey were also in it. No memory of special guest or anything.

I fear the internet has swallowed up any reference of said event Vulture. Either that or that memory was conceived in a mildly altered state somewhere under the pale moonlight?

Hallelujah! I found it. They were playgirl models not strippers and the Guest was Corbin Bernsen.

A 5 gal. water jug, a nalgeen container, 2 cans Coleman fuel, wooden spoons, a bottle of TylenolER 650 mg. per, a wallet, a pachage of broadleaf weed killer was obtained at an after estate sale giveaway. Family memebers said their Grandma passed away at 95. She wanted her things sold or given away and not trashed... :(

I would say buy your plane ticket. There will be alot of tickets that come up near the burn of people who saw that damn video and thought this will be fun and now realize it's not going to happen. I do not have mine yet but I am moving on as usall hoping that I will be approved for low income that way I will have a ticket to get there at a low price and if that does not work people will sell the tickets below face say 2 days before.

Just scored a case of solar led stake lights at the 99cent store. I love these for marking guy lines, evap pond, and other things that are hazards in the dark.

I hit up the thrift shop today! Got myself a crocheted dioly that I'm going to mod into a backless halter top, and bright purple and green skirt for Mr. Fufa, and an indigo blue chinese bath robe. The robe was a tad pricey at $22, but the material is soooo nice.

Worth it. :) There was was a strange vintage printed fabric robe I skipped in an SF thrift store once ($36; you can see my issue with that) but it's been years and I still kick myself for not getting it.

I enjoy these posts from melaniejane of late; they are so menacingly unpunctuated. (I'm guessing she's posting from her phone.)

It really makes you believe this might come down to some sort of Vegemite assault, a West Side Story-style dancing knife fight, and a safeword.

Feck yes. Without the safe word (snicker).

The best part was Mr. Fufa's reaction to it. He thought it was weird, and odd looking... then he put it on. "THIS FEELS SO NICE". He wore it around the house for the rest of the evening.

I guess I'll be on the lookout for another one that he won't steal....

My goggles came today. Pretty darn quick! Payed for them sat and they got here today. They are not as high of quality as I would have thought they would be( it is not metal around the edges but shinny silver plastic) but they will get the job done.

Now just waiting on my LED's, sporknikfe and my army camelbak.
