Well I wouldn't die but since I commute 120 miles to REno every other day for work it would definetly put a crunch in my finances.

TPBM graduated from the bat out of hell driving school and has the license to prove it.
Oh my god, it's HUGE!

No. Although I have special driving skill that most people on this board don't have.
TPBM wants to take one of those race car safety driving skills courses.

Oddly, no. Usually my brain is cruel that way. Sometimes it takes the song it knows I hate the most and plays it to me for a week straight. Sometimes it goes back in the archives and finds a song I haven't had the opportunity to hate in a decade or two and spins that for a week. But today, it's behaving nicely.

TPBM smelled something today that brought back a bittersweet memory.

Didn't like fishing when I ate meat. Didn't like fish when I ate meat. Sitting on a boat in the water under a parasol being lazy, however, sounds great!

Annual summer trip to a friend's dad's cabin out in northern Manitoba. A big group of us gather there every year for to work on the place, play games, engage in various sorts of debauchery, and hang out on the beach. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably but by midweek is often sleeping more, and by the final weekend, there's a little tent city in the front yard. One of our group is a DJ, so there's always at least one crazy dance party. Fortunately, there's only one other cabin within earshot, and they've never complained. We've been doing this since... well, I've been doing this for 18 years now, but the group has been going for over 20.

TPBM has small plans for something wonderful tonight.

Nope. I asked him about it months ago and now we are just sharing the drive. Hooping, dancing & camping here we come!

TPBM can't wait to leave work and start their weekend.

Oh I haven't done a stitch of work all day. And I "work" at home.
My partner, on the other hand, is working at work. It's hot and sunny out, and I've been pestering him all afternoon to come home early and enjoy it with me.

TPBM saw this post before I edited it to add this sentence.

Nope. Not today. I'm not even sure I've cracked a single dirty joke in my mind.

TPBM needs to clean the fridge. Something smells in there, and s/he doesn't know what it is.

I do okay on Jeopardy, and have a weird talent for Wheel! of! Fortune! even though I don't think they will ever use "Battleship Potemkin Village" as a "before and after". Although it's very rare for me to be near a tv set these days.

I do. I even have a large ham bone from Easter in the freezer just perfect for a pot of split pea, or navy bean, soup.

tpbm has never kept anything in their freezer to make soup out of.

TPBM thought Leslie Spit was a person.
