I do; I still haven't replaced the iron I broke three months ago.

The person below me has overcommitted themselves for the month of August in the most spectacular way yet.

For the entire summer actually. I was home for only 6 days in July and it will be 10 days each in August and September.

TPBM needs more ______ before they leave for the playa.

So that's what that was. The next day was kind of rough, but I did enjoy the glow-in-the-dark farts.
TPBM will tell me what a glow-te-lope is.

It's some sort of two-toed sparklepony variant. Isn't that obvious?
TPBM stepped in something gross yesterday.

I step in something gross everyday, that's the awesomeness of wearing work boots, it doesn't matter what you step in (just don't track it into the house)
TPBM hasn't started getting stuff organized yet
The major difference between a thing that might go wrong and a thing that cannot possibly go wrong is that when a thing that cannot possibly go wrong goes wrong it usually turns out to be impossible to get at or repair.

Not really. Most things are all organized together though...so it won't be too terrible.

TPBM really really likes trying to help people who obviously don't know better. But then finds their efforts fruitless and moves on.

Not tonight, I'm afraid.

I'm sitting here at my friends' house. He-friend is in the next room, playing video games. She-friend is at work. I'm in the living room, using her laptop to surf the internet while using their big stero to listening to deliciously offensive hair metal (Steel Panther.... so hilarious!), nice and loud.

TPBM wishes s/he could be the opposite sex, just for a day.

No, but I've seen some pretty huge barrels of sake offered at temples - on the order of 20 gallons each:

When he puts out his lamp, he sends the flower, or the star, to sleep.

Are there ferries? Cause ferries are cool! I spent three days in Venice and didn't really see many of the museum type cites. But the public transit is boats! fun, fun, fun...

I don't mind them so long as I can see land. Never been on a cruise so not sure how I will handle it when we go on the one the SO's job is paying for us...

I want to make an Atlantic crossing, simply on my mother's description of doing so in the late 50s/early 60s.
