If you know its going to cause embarassing questions and mirth in the emergency room, don't stuff it in your ass in the first place.

I can see it now ... gurney comes in with patient on his side but covered with a sheet. Nurse goes ... "what's that noise?" and turns to the patient ... then says "Oh, no ... not ANOTHER one!"
