I kept trying the code, waiting a couple of minutes between attempts. Worked on about the tenth try. Right after I sent the email to the ticket peeps.

Just got mine. After 'invalid code' messages, booted out of the waiting room, more 'invaIid code' messages : kept refreshing and re-entering my code, it finally went through. Keep trying!!!

EVERYONE - working with the ticket team and provider, they identified the issue with a group of codes that were coming up as invalid. They've gotten that resolved, all the codes should be live as of now. Close any ticket windows/tabs, clear your cache, and try again. The ticket team reports that demand is high, but there are still plenty of tickets available.

Other campers are getting through now, folks try again. Looks like ONLY the codes for camp leaders were working at first. VVIP queue?

After being booted numerous times and then having code issues. I also was finally able to get tickets. Good luck to all you still having issues and such. Here's hoping that things start going smoother for the rest.

Fixed the issue here.

Suddenly all the myriad screens with different browsers and my iPad showed a blue bar, and an accepted code at the same time.

I got code invalid messages repeatedly since 12:00.

Got tickets 10 or so minutes ago. Just keep clearing as Trilo recommends or trying another browser.

I did send an email to TicketSupport, and got in a few minutes after but dont know if that made a difference.

Ok just try again. There was major errors with the ticketing vendor but they just worked it out. Codes should now delivery everyone right to the order basket. I plus 2 of my campmates just able to order....

No need to reboot, recache, switch browsers, etc. The issue was on their end. Now its fixed so we go right to the correct ordering page instead of the waiting room of doom.

Just classic.

After getting the error code numerous times despite clearing the cache, creating ticketfly account, etc. (all the stuff mentioned above), I finally started a new browser and instead of going in via the link in my email, I went directly to BM ticket page and hand entered the code. This time it worked and I was able to buy my tickets.

One grip. BM ticket page says that Paypal will be an accepted method of payment. Not so. The only option was Visa or MasterCard.

SUCCESS! I had to reboot, it worked on Firefox. Whatever the problem was the ticketing fairies figured it out by MAGIC!!! Thank you!

Got mine. The first hopeful sign was that after entering code, and it being invalid, it didn't boot me back to the waiting room. Re-entered code many times, and then got to the purchase page. Don't forget to "Accept Conditions" after you get in your CC and shipping info. It helped a little to have an account at ticketfly as my name and shipping address was in the form when it opened up. Good luck everyone (using chrome and cleared cache twice, never rebooted or closed chrome)

To be safe, close your browser completely to clear session cookies, reopen and try again. I got in to buy tickets after getting many "bad code" messages. I sent an email to ticketsupport@burningman.com with my info. See y'all there!

I finally got tickets. My dad, brother, and I all have been on multiple machines, clearing caches, cookies, browser history. It finally worked on my iPad without me clearing my history/cache yet again. It worked for us all almost at the same time. My dad's best friend *just* got through. I feel like I lost a year of my life from the past hour's stress/frustration… But it will be so worth it.

Word of warning - they only take Visa and Mastercard, no Amex.

Totally sounds like the majority of the folks here weren't helped by any kind of gyrations or ministrations on their end.

Ticketfly went and kicked the machines until they behaved.

Success. In less than an hour (58 minutes to be exact). Nothing like that rush of adrenaline.

Cleared all cache/cookies/history/whatever from ALL browsers, closed ALL browsers completely,
Restarted from scratch, logged back on to profiles.burningman.com (rather than thru the link in my mail) and it dumped me back in the waiting room, then it connected with a valid code. Maybe just got lucky or the jam got unjammed. Keep trying out there, seems like most of my camp just got through too.

Being the impatient type, I started clicking my email link every 10 seconds about a minute before noon, getting the Invalid code message each time until the first click after noon. Three minutes of the browser waiting-to-connect, then directly into the Ticketfly purchase page.

Last I heard from the son, he was in the waiting room...
